How does it work?
We study your customers’ fleets and your specific needs as a distributor with you. Depending on your usage and that of your customers, we encode the badges and set up a personalized customer portal for you.
We deliver your devices either centrally to your location, or directly to your customers. Once received, the devices are simply attached to the vehicle windshield using the provided holder. No configuration is necessary; the tags are delivered ready-to-use.
At each toll crossing, vehicle detection is automatic: the barrier rises and the transaction is recorded. In the case of a free-flow toll (without barriers), the principle remains the same: the transaction is recorded when the vehicle passes under the detection gantry.
All your customers’ transactions are recorded and visible the next day in your customer portal. This gives you a complete overview to monitor and manage your customers’ devices.
EuroGo pays the toll transactions for you as your customers travel. You receive a single global invoice at the end of the month.

How do the devices work for my customers?
Each tag is assigned to a vehicle. It is simply attached to the windshield using the provided holder; no configuration is necessary. Toll crossings are automatic: the barrier rises and the transaction is recorded.
Which vehicles are your tags compatible with?
These tags are designed for light vehicles (classes 1 and 2), but EuroGo also markets solutions for HGV (classes 3 and 4) if needed.
Can the devices be used abroad?
Absolutely! Our tags can be used throughout France but also in other European countries such as Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and Italy. No configuration is necessary to travel abroad: upon delivery, our devices are ready to use in all countries.
How does billing work?
All your customers’ transactions are recorded as they travel. You can view their daily consumption on your EuroGo Customer Portal or in your own system (via EDI).
These transactions are paid progressively by EuroGo to the various motorway operators. At the end of the month, we calculate the total consumption and send you a single global invoice for all your customers’ journeys.
If you wish, EuroGo can also bill your customers directly.
What happens if there is a problem with a device?
Each customer benefits from responsive and personalized support. In the event of a technical problem or replacement, contact us via our online form.
How do I contact EuroGo customer service?

My customer lost a tag, what should I do?
In case of a lost tag, we advise you to immediately report it as lost/stolen via your EuroGo Customer Portal, then order a new one. If you encounter difficulties or wish to be assisted, you can contact our customer service via our online form and ask for a call back..
Do the tags work on the new barrier-free toll sections?
Absolutely! Our devices work just as well on traditional toll sections as on the new free-flow (barrier-free) sections. Your customers can therefore travel anywhere in France without any concerns.
I want my customers to manage their own tag fleet. Is this possible?
Certainly! EuroGo adapts to your organization and offers you a choice of several models. You can certainly let your customers manage their fleet independently; you can even delegate the complete billing of your customers to EuroGo. Conversely, you can choose to centralize everything and maintain control over all aspects of the customer relationship: orders, fleet management, and billing.
